Lindsay Lohan lied to police after her car accident on Friday.The ‘Herbie fully Loaded’ star was driving her Porsche when she crashed into a garbage disposal truck along Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.As a result she could be prosecuted and her probation could be revoked.
At the hospital,the Santa Monica Police stopped by and asked questions about the accident.Lindsay claimed she was a passenger,and that her assistant was driving.However, the lie was a no go.While being questioned,the assistant said Lindsay was the driver.The police ended up writing up the report with her lie, and due to the fact lying to a police officer is a crime,Lindsay could be in violation of probation in her shoplifting case.Which could result in jail time for two incidents.
Now Lindsay claims the breaks on her Porsche weren’t working,after she initially stated the dump truck driver had cut her off….Oh Lindsay!…
