Trick or treat!? Yes it is true Kim Kardashian filed for divorce Monday morning, after 72 days of not-so-wedded bliss to Kris Humphries
Even though the marriage was short, she is not seeking an annulment. It’s a garden variety divorce, in which Kim cites “irreconcilable differences.”
The date of separation is listed as today, Oct. 31, 2011. According to the docs, Kim wants Kris to foot his own lawyers’ fees and she’ll pay hers. And, she wants the court to reject any move by Kris to get spousal support.
And, the docs list the length of the marriage as a measly 2 months.
Kim has hired disso-queen Laura Wasser, who has repped the likes of Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Angelina Jolie, Ryan Reynolds, and Robyn Gibson, Mel’s almost ex-wife.
As we first reported, the couple has a prenuptial agreement … Kim made sure of that.
Rumors of a split had been swirling for some time and the two were spotted out to dinner last week … looking less than pleased with one another.
Reasons for the split:
1.Chris wanted Kim to settle down and pop out babies in his home town in Minneapolis Minnesota,Kim wanted to stay in L.A. with her family and her career.
2.Kim followed her intuition.“After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage. I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.”
3.Kris was becoming a fame whore by trying to brand himself and using Kim to do so.That wanting her to settle in Minnesota was a cop out.He really just wanted to make money while he was in lock out.
Mmm…there are speculations both Kim and Kris got 30% of all commercials running in 50 different countries.
I guess we can all speculate whether or not they were really in love or both using each other for money,fame and power.

During the divorce media storm,another story broke.Accusations from Kim’s secret ex-husband of four years.
Damon Thomas.A partner at Underdog Entertainment and worked for Pink and Katherine McPhee says that Kim is a fame whore who dousn’t write,act or sing,so she does harmful things in the media to validate herself.
He also claims she was a gold digger and used him for extravagant shopping sprees and extensive plastic surgery.Implants and liposuction to achieve perfection.He said she is a jealous person and before she was famous would do anything to get ahead and become a star.
However Kim says he was a jealous monster and lived in a nightmare.He threatened her life and demanded she get plastic surgery and even punched her in the face when they were suppose to go skydiving with Justin Timberlake.
Poor Kim!Why does she keep going for the wrong guys!?She needs a gentleman who will treat her like a princess.
Maybe she should just run away to Minnesota!Lots of Love!
