Marc Anthony files for Divorce from Jennifer Lopez

Marc Anthony has officially filed for divorce from Jennifer Lopez.

Anthony filed divorce docs on Monday, eight months after the the pair announced their separation. The star couple were married for 7 years and have four-year-old twins, Max and Emme.

In June both stated “We have decided to end our marriage. This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters. It is a painful time for all involved and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time.”

Anthony cited “irreconcilable differences” in the divorce filing and requested joint legal and physical custody of the twins. He is seeking to deny Lopez spousal support.

Since announcing their split last summer, the couple has worked together on reality TV talent show, “Q’Viva! The Chosen,” which they co-produce. Anthony has called their post-split work dynamic “very Sonny and Cher.”

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony dated briefly in the late 1990s before his first marriage to former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres and her second marriage to backup dancer Cris Judd. The pair remained friends, working together in music videos.

The couple reunited in 2004 while recording a duet together for Lopez’s 2004 film “Shall We Dance.” Lopez and Anthony quietly married in June of that year, only four days after Anthony finalized his divorce with his ex-wife with whom he shared two children.They performed ”Escapemonos” at the Grammy Awards in 2005.

LAFW Grand Finale Event with Li Cari and Unlikely Heroes

This past Wed I attended LAFW Grand Finale featuring Li Cari and Live Auction benefiting Unlikely Heroes.This event took place at “The Station” in the W Hollywood Hotel.

Unlikely Heroes is currently working in partnership with other non-profit organizations in the United States, Philippines and Thailand to see child victims who have been sold for sex rescued, protected and rehabilitated.Their vision is to see child sex slavery end worldwide.To help every boy and girl, who have been sold for sex in America and internationally, to have access to protective shelters and specialized services to stop cycles of victimization and to provide them with the therapeutic treatment, education & opportunities they need to move forward into recovery.

This week-end marks the biggest LA Fashion Event:LA Fashion Weekend at Sunset and Gower Studios Hollywood with KTLA 5.There was incredible turn out Friday Night that featured the fabulous and fun Betsey Johnson!

There were many guests at this event.Lot’s of press,celebrities,designers and socialites mingling about!It was a great event.

Next,my friend and I went to Eva Longoria’s “Beso” in Hollywood to have some appetizers and join some more friends.Then went to a nightclub next door where we had a VIP table.The official after party was at Skybar in the Mondrian Hotel.What a fun night!

Last night was an amazing night of Fashion,Music and Art with Project Ethos and Audi at Avalon Hollywood -To celebrate LA Fashion Week.

I had the privilege to be invited and attend this star studded event in a company suite.I sipped on champagne and listened to club music from DJ Taryn Manning, while I viewed top designer runway shows.It was Fabulous!
