My week-end in Las Vegas felt like a complete “Fantasy World”.Don’t ask me how i got all the hook ups..guess Luck be a Lady!LOL!i had so much fun! From chocolate covered strawberries and champagne in the Hard Rock Hotel Villa Spa Suite 2 to a Vip Suite at the Joint Las Vegas to Putting on the Green “Tiger Woods” Style to Rehab..Aaaah think i died and gone to heaven! On paper i think i’m living someone else’s dream then i wake up and pinch myself and realize it’s my own! : )Here are some sizzling pics from my amazing trip…
Last night Feb 11/12 I had so much fun at the “UG with Embassy Celebrates 2012 Grammy Nominations Celebration.”It was presented by UG Strategies,EFGPR,The Embassy,Heineken and Jet Blue. There were celebrity DJ’s such as Elijah Wood and DJ OK GO.Musicians-Maroon 5,Robyn,Tom Morello and Chris Mann from American Idol.
Shows like ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ and ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ worlds are far from the majority of most Americans. The shows feature the lifestyle of the rich and famous.Leading extravagant lifestyles with unlimitless amounts of money and materialistic things. Is it okay for these people to flaunt themselves when most people are having tough times paying the bills.Would we watch a Reality TV show if it was called ‘The Beverly Hills Hillbillies?’Yee Ha!LOL!
Beverly Hills!What a fabulous life!
A fantasy world where dreams come true
Where the beautiful people live…
Where the young play!

What are your thoughts?Do you like watching these types of shows? Are they entertaining?
I had such a fun adventure in Hollywood this week!On the hollywood walk of fame and at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum.
I met a lot of characters!LOL!Here are some pictures with the stars.
HaHaHa!Some of them looked really “Real”:)Who is your favorite Celebrity?
Everyone knows Hollywood is the land of dreams. Every year hundreds of thousands of young hopefuls move to L.A. in search of fame and fortune. Unfortunately less than 99.9% actually make it. The ones who don’t go back home, take another career path, or end up a drug addict. The ones that stay often get sucked into cosmetic surgery and unhealthy diets to keep up with a “hollywood” image.
The other night I was at an event and was approached by a guy who was mocking a girl who had huge fake boobs. He asked, “why do girls do that?” I told him that I thought it was a form of competition. One friend gets them and gets attention so the other friend gets them bigger. He said, “D?” I said, “try triple D! LOL! She better not be a stomach sleeper!”
The reality of it is that there are many health risks when you get this kind of surgery. Deformities as well as back pain and the wrong type of attention. Yes of course you will get fake attention, come on anyone will! A friend of mine got them and all of a sudden the types of guys that would approach her were completely different, and she was treated with less respect. I have even seen this type of behavior as well, one day I went to a computer repair shop and this girl with fake implants was told to move over because she was in the way. Then I was sitting there and the same guy said, “have you been helped ma’am?” I would much rather be a natural C than a triple D any day. Even Kendra Wilkinson said that the size of her breasts limit her job opportunities.
She spent between 2 – 3 million over 3 years on her music career and increased her boob size as well…and what did she get in return? Nothing
So girls please don’t believe the hype. It’s not worth it! Take care of yourself and your body.
Be happy with what you got:)
When i got home my baby Paris happily greeted me and being the goofball that i am,decided to play photographer and take a few pics myself!
What do you think of my photos?
Today I was looking for some production companies to shoot my debut music video and in doing so, I decided to get in touch with some of the companies I worked with when i first came to L.A. One of them was actor Jeremy Jackson’s (Baywatch and Celebrity Rehab on VH1) production company. The other one was director Tommy Maddox Upshaw’s company.I worked on a “Keb Mo”music video with him.
As i was looking for these companies, I ran into just a couple of music videos i was in! Haha good memories! Looking back at all of my experiences in other artists music videos, it’s great to know that they have prepared me for my own! Who would have ever thought?!
and the Keb Mo music video..
When you are starting out, most experience and exposure is good, so take classes, go to auditions, get involved and learn from people that are already doing it. You never know which opportunity will be the “pot of gold!”or lead you to “the pot of gold.”Keep an open mind and if you’re truly meant to do what you love, it will happen! Try not to get discouraged on your journey and be thankful for everything you have already accomplished. Remember that it’s the fun journey along the way (the people you meet, the places you go, the wisdom of others), not just the destination. This will help you enjoy every minute of every day, and it will keep you grounded.
Enjoy the PRESENT remember the PAST and how far you have come. Be excited about your Future!
LIVE! REFLECT! DREAM!
The other night I found an old mix CD in my car and started listening to it, and of course it was full of my favorite jams! Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, Katy Perry, and Madonna. I cannot tell you how much I love all of these singers, I’ve grown up listening to hit after hit from them. I also love the fact that these women are “Girl Power”, they aren’t just singers, they are entrepreneurs, they’d made themselves powerful brands. These women are paving the way for future generation of entertainers, they are showing the world that women can be just as successful as men, if not more.
A woman like Jennifer Lopez, who grew up in The Bronx (that’s not exactly one of the nicest locations), she had to work extremely hard to stand out above the rest, to prove to people that she had talent, and that even though she is Latina, she decided to not only conquer the Latin market, but the world, and in doing so, she opened doors to other Latinas. She had a little bit of a slump, but now she is back and stronger than ever, her most recent songs are worldwide hits, and she is on the cover of every major magazine! J-Lo is definitely an artist i look up to. Katy Perry is another artist I love, and what draws me to her is her asian inspired style and upbeat fun music. She is an artist that makes you feel good. I remember that when i was thinking about a video concept for my first single, I wanted something along the lines of the “California Girl” video, with the candy lane theme, so when i saw it i was in awe! When I think about Madonna, I really am just so inspired. I read somewhere that when she had just started, she would beg DJs in NYC to spin her songs, to think that now a party isnt a party without a Madonna song, it’s incredible.
A few other artists that i love are Far East Movement, they’re just cool guys, they’re style and laid back attitude is really appealing. I remember that when I first came to L.A. I went to meet a magazine owner for some possible modeling and acting work. It turns out that he was a former manager and as we were talking, he suggested that I try singing instead and offered to set me up with an unknown all asian male group who needed a female lead.Years later I found out it may have been “The Far East Movement” group before they were famous! Even though that didn’t come through, I really look up to them, I wish them the best!
As you can tell by now i LOVE music, especially pop, electro-pop, club, dance, techno, and trance! Although, i do love me some hip hop! Eminem and Nicki Minaj for their raw lyrics. Artists like LMFAO, DEV, and Far East Movement for their electro hip hop style that makes you want to get up and dance! I also cannot leave out RiRi, Rihanna is so bold and sexy, if i didn’t love her so much, i’d probably be hating a little bit.
I could really go on and on about this! But i want to hear a little back from you! Who are some of your favorite singers, and why?
